Mrs. Michelle Blount Joined the BCA staff this year in middle school teaching English, Discovery Life, and Art. Mrs. Blount has formally worked in business management and taught sixth grade and middle school Bible at a local private school. After homeschooling her two children through middle school, they attended high school at BCA and graduated in 2012 and 2014.
Mrs. Blount received her Associates of Theology and Christian Counseling in 2002 from Christian Life School of Theology in Jacksonville the Theological Seminary. She spent 20 years in music ministry in two area churches. After the tragic loss of her son in 2015, she began working in the mental health field in youth suicide prevention. She is an advocate and trained volunteer for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and started a nonprofit organization teaching awareness to risk factors and warning signs of suicide.
Mrs. Blount enjoys teaching her favorite subjects which include: Bible, Writing, Grammar, Spelling, Vocabulary, Reading and Art.
Mrs. Rowe- Middle School Mrs. Rowe was born and raised in Southeast Georgia with a love for the outdoors and sports. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
Mrs. Rowe is married and has two beautiful girls that also attend BCA. She began teaching at BCA in 2017 with the K-4 and started to feel more and more passionate about the family and spiritual atmosphere at our school. Her children also enjoy the same loving family and Godly atmosphere around them with the elementary and preschool.
She now enjoys teaching middle school mathematics and science as she has always had a strength in math and a love for science. Mrs. Rowe also works along side her husband as youth pastor and sings on the worship team at her church. She enjoys working with the youth at her church and our school and God has given her a passion for building up each one of them to serve Him.
