• Students must be at least 2 years of age
• The student's age as of September 1st of the current school years is used in determining class

• Have the following documents:
  • Birth certificate
  • ​Copy of Social Security card
    
  • Form 3231 (Immunization form)
  • Form 3300 (Eye, Ear, & Dental Screening)
  • Copy of last report card
  • Copy of ALL diagnostic tests (SAT, ACT, Reading tests, etc.)
  • Copy of any psychological evaluations
• Pay the Application Fee
• ​Submit all paperwork and schedule an interview with the Principal. (Student(s) and at least one parent should attend the interview.)

          We gladly accept applications regardless of race, color, or national origin. WE WILL NOT, HOWEVER, ACCEPT STUDENTS WHO HAVE BEEN EXPELLED OR ARE CURRENTLY SERVING SUSPENSION FROM ANY OTHER SCHOOL OR CHILDCARE FACILITY. Selection of students is based upon achievement, the testing program, an interview with the principal or preschool director, and openings in the particular grade/age levels.
